MONO is looking for an ambitious, inspiring Account Director to lead the day-to-day business on an assigned account, leading the team and client in the relentless pursuit of innovative work that exceeds our client's expectations. Account Directors at MONO are responsible for maximizing our opportunity and selling great work; building strong partnerships and client confidence in MONO; fueling healthy, positive teams and team experiences; and proactively and positively managing MONO’s business and financial opportunity on their assigned account.  

At MONO, Account Management brings business acumen and insight to the team and work and is a strategic partner providing thought leadership and perspectives to the client and team. A proven track record of helping clients achieve meaningful results, leading teams to the best possible work, and fostering connected and engaged integrated teams is critical. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience and has already held an Account Director title for 2-4 years.

This is a locally-based role, where relocation will be required for candidates living outside of the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. We currently observe a hybrid work model. We work onsite every Tuesday and Wednesday for Work From MONO (WFM) days with the purpose of fostering agency connection. Travel is required.
